ProFab Technologies is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in the conversion of Artificial Turf, Commercial Matting, Exhibition Flooring, Marine matting and many other unique substrates.
Our 110,000 square foot facility utilizes the largest and fastest water jet in North America, we can easily cut 20 feet in width and 52 feet in length without the need to re-position material.
- We run at speeds greater than 2500 lineal inches per minute and exceed Mach 3 (60000 psi) at the nozzle cutting tip.
- We have a cutting accuracy of .003 which translates to unmatched accuracy on large format cutting.

Jack Lindsay is the President of ProFab Technologies and started his business over 28 years ago in a small 5,000 sq ft rented facility. The business has rapidly grown into a facility of 110,000 sq ft and services large and small customers across the US and Canada.
Jack specializes in solving conversion problems for many clients and assists customers, especially in the textile industry. His first artificial turf project was the Dallas Cowboys football field in 1996. This project was the first successful large, intricate CAD-driven cut of turf logos that became the industry standard and is still used in most turf conversion facilities today. Jack was also the first to produce and set up a process to convert and assemble specialty inlaid logo matting for 3M and others utilizing CAD-driven machinery and is still the preferred method utilized today. He enjoys projects both large and small and continues to look for innovative ways to help his customers.
